Mid of November. The days are getting shorter. At 5pm it is quite dark outside. It is raining today. As it is cloudy, the darkness started even an hour before. Rain in November in British Columbia is very normal.
End of November we are moving to a new residence. This is our own residence. We bought a small town home in North Vancouver recently.
It is more than five years we are in Canada and about three and half years in Vancouver. We spent all these years in rented home. It is nice to be in rented apartments. Do don't have to worry about all problems related to renovation or repairing. Whenever you have a problem, building manager is there to help you. If it is your own, only you are the man to help yourself.
We did not look for houses for very long though we were planning to buy something. We felt socially outcast and specially in social gathering we could feel the pressure. People are very much enthusiastic to discuss about their houses and we had enough advise from all corners. At last we decided, let's go for something.
