Beginning of September 2013. This September is not different than other falls here in Vancouver. The temperature is still like summer. Sunny and bright Vancouver and it is fum. Still we go outside wearing T shirts.
Furhan is in very good mode. This year he will go to Kindergarten. He is excited. We went the store to buy his new stuffs for school. He took this preparation long back. We bought his bag last year when we bought one for Fahmia. This time several other items we bought and Farhan was in full gear. He chose many of the items like his Creon, pencil and even his note book.
On the night of second September, Farhan went to bed with full of dream. He had his stories ready for his class tomorrow. He prepared his school bag. Though on the first day his school will be just for an hour, yet he decided to take his lunch box and water bottle. His bag got a sizable shape.
On the next morning on 3rd September, along with Fahmia I drove him to the school. The legendary Queen mary elementary school. The shifted school is about three km from our home due to contruction to the main building which is very close to where we live in.
First day was very good for him and came back to home with in hour. Still he is excited and ready for the second day of school. It will be for about two hours.
On the second day I drove farhan to the school along with Fahmia as usual. Today a small mishap happened. Most of the school students returned from school by school bus. But Farhan was not there. As I dropped him to school, school authorities thought we will pick him up. But we thought Furhan will come by bus. Any way, the school principal drove Farhan to the spot from where all other parents are supposed to pick there children.
But the problem happened with Farhan. He decided he will not go school any more. Urmi did a detailed investigation why he does not want to go to school. The reason he wants his mom to be in the school with him.
While I am writing, today is Saturday. We are waiting for Monday when Farhan will go to his school for third day.
